FLASH POINT : > 60ðC.
SOLIDS CONTENTS : 97 % minimum.
APPLICATION
GLASS PREPARATION (new screen)
1. Ensure the surface of the glass is clean and dry. Use
a clean dry cotton cloth, wet it with TOTALSEAL
7016, rub the surface of the glass to be treated,
leaving a very thin film. Then clean the surface with
a dry and clean cloth , and allow to dry for a minimum
of three minutes.
2. Apply TOTALSEAL 5008 or 5028 within 4 hours
maximum of applying TOTALSEAL 7016
(otherwise start again with application of
TOTALSEAL 7016).
Shake, open bottle and apply primer with a brush on
to the prepared surface. It will be dry after 5 minutes
and must be covered by the sealant within 3 hours.
If the drying time of the TOTALSEAL 5008 or
5028 exceeds 3 hours, reactivate with TS 7016
according point 1.
BODY PREPARATION
TOTALSEAL 100 can be applied directly to freshly cut
black polyurethane.
BE CAREFUL: TOTALSEAL 5028 must not be
applied on old sealant.
A primer may be necessary on some types of paints or
on areas scratched or damaged during the removal of
the old screen. In this case use TOTALSEAL 5025,
which could be used on old polyurethane and must be
used if the type of sealant used before is not known.
Thoroughly shake the bottle of TOTALSEAL 5025
and apply by brush to the areas needing treatment.
Leave to dry for 5 to 60 minutes before applying
TOTALSEAL 100.
STORAGE
Nine months from date of manufacture when stored in original sealed sausages
at temperatures between +5ðC and + 30ðC.
Twelve months from date of manufacture when stored in original sealed cartridges
at temperatures between +5ðC and + 30ðC.
PACKAGING
TOTALSEAL 100 is available in cartidges of 310 ml and in sausages of 400ml or 600ml .
